Music Initiation for 4-10 years old

The Music Education Workshops of the A.K.S.S. Summer Music Academy have been held successfully in recent years, aiming to provide an experiential process through which children aged 4–10 familiarize themselves with the stages of producing a music performance.
This year, the core pillars of the program include:
- Social Inclusion:The collaboration of children from diverse age groups, driven and inspired by the art of music, fosters cooperation, creativity, imagination, empathy, and teamwork.
- Introduction to Symphonic Music:Through daily, direct exposure to the instruments of the symphonic orchestra—both as audience members attending concurrent masterclasses and through artistic collaboration with professional musicians for the final concert—the young creators become well-acquainted with classical sound and its repertoire.
- Comprehensive Creation:Children actively participate in dramaturgy, the composition of musical themes, scriptwriting, as well as the construction of improvised musical instruments and stage sets for the final production.
- Cultural Bridges:The program aims to establish a meaningful connection between local children and young visitors to our region, cultivating a spirit of interaction, synergy, and friendship through art.
The Culmination: A Complete Performance
The process will culminate in the creation of an original musical production, where the children will share the stage with professional musicians, experiencing firsthand the process of creation, performance, and collaboration within an orchestral ensemble.
